The battery is only charged when you are driving and when is needed by a DC/DC converter.
I see no technical reason for this, the dc/dc does not need any movement to work.
It is a real mistery for me why SOME electric cars use this approach while other have a "battery saver" which periodically turns on the dcdc to charge the battery.
to reset mikeage, easylink reset is not needed: just jeep the OK button pressed while the mileage screen is visible on easylink, else reset does not work.
But don't do it on sunday, else the date will not be set (I am not joking and it is not a translation error...)

I detected what it looks like a serious safety issue: in a specific situation, power brake completely turns off, without any alert.
It happens when parking.
Test this:
1) park down hill
2) put in R and move backward 1 meter or more
3) put in N and go down hill for a while
4) put in B while moving
5) now brake ... if you can! But you can count only on your force, as power braking is completely disabled!
This car is really terrible and not mature yet.
I suggest waiting at least one year more, until Renault fixes all design issues (both HW and SW). If they will ever do it.

Do you know the exact number to ask for to my garage to get the new SW installed? (But I will wait winter, as with summer temperatures it's impossible to say if ICE does not start due to high temperature or SW fix).
Your are confusing kW with kWh:
A 3 kW charging station will charge 6 kWh if plugged for 2 hours.
Apparently Captur has 7.5 kWh available to the user (not confirmed).
